Here in this north-western part of Singapore is where one can still find local farms. Named after the <em>pokok keranji<\/em> or tamarind plum tree, it is also where you can find lush greenery and other interesting sights.<\/p>\n<p>Kranji might be hard to get to and around without a car (you could consider renting one) but it\u2019s worth checking out over the weekend by yourself, or with family and friends.
