Brought to you by the letter M.
BMW M aficionados had their fill of the latest and classic BMW M and M Performance models at the recent BMW ///M Town 2023. Held on 24 June 2023 at the decommissioned Pasir Panjang Power Station, it marked another electrifying community get-together to celebrate “the most powerful letter” in their automotive world.

More than 600 BMW M owners and invited guests had their admiring eyes full, checking out iconic M cars from the past and present. Included in the star-studded line-up was a pristine E46 M3 CSL, considered by many to be the best M car ever produced.
Another attention-grabber was the plug-in hybrid BMW XM (above, photo: BMW), in the news for being the first million-dollar BMW in Singapore.
The head-turner of the event, however, was the all-new BMW M3 CS.
This limited special edition boasts a 405 kW/550 hp six-cylinder in-line engine with an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission, and the M xDrive intelligent all-wheel-drive system. It can clock a blistering 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds, and has a top speed of 302 km/h. The BMW M3 CS is built at the BMW Group Plant Munich, and only a handful will be made available in Singapore.

Other than the visual feast, customers took part in a specially designed test drive programme during the day. Winding down for the evening, they were treated to a delectable spread of food and drinks as well as musical performances.
The all-new BMW M3 CS as well as other BMW M models can be viewed at Performance Motors Singapore.
