SDM OneGo is a one-stop app
SDM SG OneGo is a unified mobile app that caters to all customers under the Sime Darby Motors Singapore group of companies*.
Customers who register for an account on the mobile app will enjoy a host of features such as:
- browsing of new BMW models
- browsing of pre-owned cars from various brands under SDM SG, including BMW, BYD, Peugeot and Ford
- request for test drives
- booking of service appointments
- use of smart key drop/collection service
- request for motor insurance quotation
- roadside assistance
- updates on the latest activities and promotions
- RSVP to by-invite only events
Smart Lockers: Just pop and drop
A critical feature for customers is managing their service appointments. Traditionally, they needed to fill out a form and join the queue when sending their car in for servicing.
Time-starved customers can now look to the Smart Key Drop/Collection Lockers that SDM SG has also rolled out in conjunction with the launch of the mobile app. The smart lockers operate by using technology to automatically match the vehicle owner information to an assigned locker for customers to drop off and collect their car keys for aftersales servicing.
To access the service, customers can first book their service appointment via the SDM SG app and complete the online check-in. On the day of their service appointment, they just need to scan a QR code using the app to pop open a locker to drop off their car key. It is a convenient 24-hour service that allows customers to quickly get on with their day.
The Smart Key Drop/Collection Lockers are located across multiple locations, including Performance Motors service centres at 303 Alexandra Road, 1 Ubi Road 4 and 280 Kampong Arang, as well as the Vantage Automotive service centre at 305 Alexandra Road.
Personal cybersecurity coverage
For a limited period, those who download SDM SG OneGo will enjoy a 3-month complimentary personal cybersecurity insurance coverage. It offers protection against cyber fraud, cyber extortion and identity theft as well as coverage for the restoration of data.
