What is a Coupé?
They are usually very stylish and good-looking cars with a sleek and sloping rear roofline. Its design give the coupé an elongated and less boxy shape.
Traditionally, coupés come with two doors. However, there are now four-door coupés in the market, such as the BMW 4 Gran Coupé.
Due to their design, coupés typically have larger front-row doors which give the driver and front-seat passenger more space to get in and out of the vehicle. Its compact design, lower ride height and centre of gravity, and overall balance gives coupés great handling and acceleration. Overall, they project a sporty image and offer a fun but powerful ride.

Coupés are lighter than convertibles and offer a high-performance drive. As they usually have a tight rear cabin due to the sloping roof, it’s really for those who drive alone or with one other passenger. That said, four-door coupés are great news for drivers who want the best of both worlds – family and a fun ride.
